Based in Bristol, I offer bespoke training and mediation services across the United Kingdom, helping teams embrace difference and work better together.

Created by me, Simon Nelson MEd (Honoris Causa), samedifference is shaped by both my professional expertise and lived experience. I’m a passionate advocate with over 20 years’ experience in EDI, but it’s my personal journey that drives everything I do.

I bring my authentic self to every session, open, honest, and candid. This builds trust, creates safe spaces for others to share their own experiences, and encourages learning, participation, and challenge in constructive ways. Consistency, empathy, and flexibility are central to how I work. My sessions go beyond legal compliance.
